From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a kind lady who ensured the place was immaculately clean, setting a high standard for our visit. The spacious bedroom and bathroom were a treat, and the cozy sitting area with a small fridge was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The quiet ambiance of the hotel, with no disturbing noise, allowed us to unwind and truly enjoy our stay. Not to mention the small window in the roof that added a charming touch to the room, providing a glimpse of the starry night sky. The hostess, Roberta, was exceptional, providing us with valuable insights on Matera's must-see attractions, enriching our experience. The proximity to Stano pizzeria and other excellent dining options within walking distance made our evenings delightful, immersing us in the local culinary scene effortlessly.Casa Natali stood out for its attention to detail, impeccable service, and thoughtful amenities like free toiletries and a flat-screen TV that catered to our every need. The combination of modern comforts and a touch of traditional charm, including the parquet floors that added warmth to the ambiance, made our stay feel like a true Italian getaway.
